From M1 Junction 21
After leaving the Motorway, follow signs to City Centre. You will travel down a short duel carriageway, which leads off the Motorway Exit, when you arrive at a large roundabout, take the second exit (signed City Centre). This dual carriageway (Narborough Road) takes you past the Post House Hotel. Follow this road straight down and it becomes a normal single-track road, keep going straight. After a set of traffic lights the road becomes a short dual carriageway and ends at a T-junction.
Turn right (traffic lights) and ahead of you is a major roundabout with the Holiday Inn in the centre of it. Keep in the left hand lane and follow the road round, taking the 2nd exit, (down the side of an underpass.) Go straight into the main traffic flow and follow the dual carriageway straight ahead through 3 sets of traffic lights. When you see a flyover ahead, bear left and take the first left (Thames street) just in front of a tower block (Thames Tower.) Then a quick right & left turn and you are on Navigation Street, and we are approx 50m on the left with the blue gates.

From M1 Junction 22
After leaving the Motorway, turn left and follow the signs to Leicester. After approx 6-7 miles, you will meet a large roundabout where this road, Groby Road, crosses the main Leicester ring road. Go Straight over the roundabout and continue down Groby road. At the main set of traffic lights continue straight on, keep going straight through the next set of lights and you will get to a set of lights where you must either go left or right. At this junction turn left; follow this dual carriageway straight on through the traffic lights. (St. Margaret's bus station is on your right.) Go through the next set of lights and take the left hand lane. When you see a flyover ahead, bear left and take the first left (Thames street) just in front of a tower block (Thames Tower.) Then a quick right & left turn and you are on Navigation Street and we are approx 50m on the left with the blue gates. |

From A47 Peterborough A1 SouthÂ
Follow signs A47 from Peterborough (A1), towards Leicester, following signs to the City Centre. Upon reaching a large roundabout at the junction with the inner ring road, (St. Georges retail park will be to your left.) Ignoring the road into the retail park, take the 3rd major exit off the roundabout (to the right.) Follow this dual carriageway; go down the side of the flyover to the roundabout under the flyover. Take the right hand lane, and take the 3rd exit off the roundabout (Belgrave road) (signed Melton or Nottingham A46.) Approx 25 metres down this road, turn left into a very short road, (Sanderson Ford will be directly ahead of you,) at this T junction turn left, head towards the tower block (Thames Tower,) and follow the road round to the right, this is Navigation Street. We are approx. half way along this road on the left with the blue gates.

From A46 Nottingham A1 North
Follow the A46 towards Leicester, and follow signs City Centre. You will travel down Melton road and straight on through many sets of traffic lights onto Belgrave Road. Go straight over the flyover and down to the big roundabout. Go completely round this roundabout and head back along the opposite side of the dual carriageway you have just travelled down.
